For me, this was also a problem before, but now that the production of perfect bedding has become a matter of my life, I know for sure how to choose the best set. 1. Never buy the cheapest product! I can say for sure, bed linen sewn from cheap fabric cannot be good and certainly will not please you for a long time. 4. When buying bedding on the Internet, be sure to ask for real, unprocessed, not catalog photos that accurately convey quality, texture and color. Now millions of sellers are selling goods from photographs of others, show one thing, and send a completely different one.
5. I also want to dispel the myths that satin, for example, is better than poplin, or poplin is better than stripe, or ranfors is better than calico. All of these are of good quality with 100% cotton. They differ only in weaving and fiber density. Smooth polished satin is ideal for someone, someone is delighted with paplin’s tenderness, and satin is considered slippery, someone chooses a stype for its laconicism and wear resistance and does not understand how you can sleep on another fabric. (In our family, for example, opinions are generally divided, my husband likes soft satin linen, and I like smooth poplin. And so I had to choose a two-sided set.)
